NASCAR is seeking a Financial Analyst, Pay Services in Daytona Beach, FL to support payroll accounting, financial reporting, and salary and benefit planning. You will partner with Finance, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure accurate financial records and actionable insights.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus. Occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 1–3 years finance experience.
• Payroll experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with reporting systems.
• Workday and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile payroll bank, benefit, liability, and tax accounts; investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support month-end close in accordance with GAAP.
• Partner with Finance to maintain GL mappings and payroll interfaces.
• Support salary and benefit budgets and forecasts using Workday and Adaptive Planning.
