American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to handle payroll processing, onboarding, and records maintenance at our facility. You will conduct personnel file audits and employment verifications while supporting employees on payroll and benefits matters.
Strong organization and confidentiality are essential. This on-site role requires experience in payroll and benefits administration, with proficiency in Kronos and UKG Pro, and a collaborative team mindset.

Previous payroll, benefits administration, or administrative office experience strongly preferred
The Payroll Benefits Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, conducting personnel file audits, completing employment verifications, and serving as a resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits. This position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail while supporting the daily administrative operations of the facility.
