Payroll Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assisting our employees by administration of payroll programs, managing employee files, and a resource for benefits and other employee relations duties as assigned.
Friendly and professional demeanor providing patience, empathy, active listening skills and the ability to provide clear communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents and employees.
The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent provision of HR and payroll services to our employees.
