Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Payroll, Benefits, & Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Harcourt Terrace in Indiana. This role administers payroll programs, employee files, benefits, and manages accounts receivable, including resident billing and Medicaid applications.

Qualifications

• Previous office and payroll experience preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or one or more years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll programs and employee files.
• Manage accounts receivable data entry, deposits, reconciliation.
• Process resident billing, payments, and account adjustments.
• Assist with Medicaid applications and month-end close.
• Provide backup administrative support.
