Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process accurate, timely bi-weekly payroll for a multi-location workforce, including time records, adjustments, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements.
• Manage payroll changes for new hires, terminations, and employee status updates while maintaining accurate records in the HRIS/payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations; reconcile reports, support audits, and coordinate year-end W-2 processing.
• Resolve employee payroll questions and discrepancies promptly.
• Administer employee medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.
• Coordinate open enrollment, employee communications, benefit invoice reconciliation, and vendor issue resolution.
• Support leave administration, onboarding, HR reporting, compliance activities, and confidential employee recordkeeping.
• Identify and recommend improvements to payroll and benefits processes.

About the Company:
