Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant in Windsor Mill, MD for a hybrid role. The position combines payroll, benefits administration, and accounting duties within a collaborative finance team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting/finance and hands-on payroll experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. The role includes benefits management and compliance oversight, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and accounting.
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze payroll data and assist with process improvements and reporting.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and maintain proper GL coding.
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Administer employee healthcare, dental, vision, FSA, and retirement programs.
