Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Payroll Associate in Renton, WA. This full-time role handles data entry and clerical tasks to ensure accurate payroll processing, with a start time in the early morning and varied days/hours. The position requires prior admin and HR experience and bilingual English/Spanish communications.

Payroll is processed biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. Internal referral bonuses are available, and benefits accompany full-time employment.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time PAYROLL ASSOCIATE position.
• Location: Fresh & Ready FG WA - 701 Monter Road Southwest, Renton, WA 98057. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Previous administrative and HR experience required. Bilingüal in English and Spanish.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Processes data entry and performs clerical tasks to ensure payroll is accurately processed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Exhibits fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Collects payroll reports from the MyStaff system for processing.
• Processes payroll on a biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Audits payroll to track discrepancies.
• Stays current on all training and laws regarding payroll issues.
• Follows up on changes with payroll; assume responsibility for projects assigned by Payroll Manager.
• Archives information for storage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
