You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders, handle onboarding/offboarding payroll aspects, respond to employee questions, and participate in process improvements and system testing.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, finance, or HR administration experience.
  • Experience using payroll and HR systems such as Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll transactions accurately and on schedule.
  • Review and validate time and attendance data, pay changes, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Audit payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before processing.
  • Maintain employee payroll records in HRIS and payroll systems.

This role is responsible for maintaining payroll records, auditing payroll data, resolving employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
