Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective in North Carolina is seeking a Payroll & A/P Manager to lead our Accounts Payable, Claims, and Payroll functions in a hands-on, collaborative team.

This full-time role reports to the Controller, supervises a small team, and requires ownership of monthly payroll processing, payroll reviews, and month-end reconciliations, with a hybrid work arrangement in Greensboro or Burlington.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll and accounts payable functions.
• Strong reconciliation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Claims functions.
• Mentor and supervise Payroll Specialist and AP staff.
• Partner with Finance leadership on monthly closings.
