You will manage multi-state payroll, AP cycles, HR onboarding, benefits and insurance coordination, and ensure compliance across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
• 7+ years in a corporate accounting/finance role.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Evolution Payroll is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration for multi-state employees, auditing and processing.
• Accounts payable full cycle coding, processing, and payment issuance.
• Human resources administration including onboarding and benefits coordination.
• General administration and compliance, documentation, and policy updates.
