Job description

We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Fort Worth. This role is critical in managing payroll operations and supporting HR functions while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

You will assist the Chief of People and HR team with projects, administrative tasks, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll processes using ADP and Paycom systems.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll and HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR projects and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Support the Chief of People and HR staff in strategic initiatives.
  • Provide high‑touch customer service to employees and stakeholders.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a strong company culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3‑4 years of payroll and HR administration experience.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships; innovative and resourceful.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented with a commitment to culture‑building.
Construction Industry Experience Preferred

Preferred but not required.
