Job summary

CFS in Stoughton, WI is seeking a Payroll & Total Rewards Coordinator to manage biweekly payroll for approximately 500 employees, administer benefits, and support total rewards initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

You will partner with the Total Rewards Manager, maintain data in ADP Workforce and HRIS, produce payroll and benefits reports, ensure multi‑state accuracy, and drive data‑driven HR decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 4+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience with multi-state payroll.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivots, data validation and analysis.
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS; benefits admin and reconciliations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for ~500 employees, including adjustments, off‑cycle payrolls, bonuses and garnishments.
• Administer employee benefits: enrollments, changes, terminations, open enrollment, invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain payroll/benefits data across ADP Workforce and HRIS; support multi‑state payroll outside Wisconsin.
• Generate and analyze payroll, benefits and compensation reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other departments on payroll, reporting and system improvements.

Location: Stoughton, WI

Compensation: $33–$36/hour ($68,640–$74,880 annually)

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly full‑cycle payroll for approximately 500 employees, including adjustments, off‑cycle payroll, bonuses, garnishments, and quarterly updates.
• Administer employee benefits, including new‑hire enrollments, changes, terminations, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits data across ADP Workforce and HRIS systems while supporting multi‑state payroll for employees outside Wisconsin.
• Generate and analyze payroll, benefits, and compensation reports; identify discrepancies and support data‑driven HR decisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments on payroll, benefits, reporting, system improvements, and total rewards initiatives.

• 2–4+ years of hands‑on, full‑cycle payroll processing experience, including adjustments and multi‑state payroll.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation, and data analysis.
• Experience with ADP or a similar payroll/HRIS system, with benefits administration and reconciliation experience preferred.
