Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals and data validation practices.
• Familiarity with payroll audits, controls, and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll/HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Load, validate, and track supplemental pay requests with approvals.
• Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide sector POC support for payroll processing and resolution.
• Respond to inquiries within SLAs.
• Create and run ad hoc queries for reporting.
• Review audit findings and document outcomes.
