Responsibilities

• Process and analyze time, earnings, and deductions/withholdings on a weekly basis to derive accurate net pay in compliance with union contracts and HR/unit policies.
• Independently analyze and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Communicate with employees at various levels regarding pay questions, processes, and training.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with peers, unit partners, and other functional areas.
