Day-to-day duties include processing biweekly payroll, calculating pay per policy, auditing data-entry against source documents, maintaining payroll and timekeeping systems, and assisting with year-end W-2s and tax filings. This role supports a hybrid work environment.

Pay Range: $25.69 - 31.85 hourly

Bring precision and problem-solving together as NFM’s Payroll Analyst, where you’ll help ensure every team member is paid accurately and on time. You’ll analyze payroll data, resolve questions, support payroll systems, prepare reports, and strengthen processes and controls—all while keeping us compliant with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Assoc. Degree in business related field preferred
• 2-4 years payroll processing experience
• 2-4 years PC experience including a working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and database applications
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Ability to work some nights, Saturdays, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Payroll systems, Timekeeping systems, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, and criminal background check
