The Payroll Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely employee payroll, payroll system administration, and resolution for employee inquiries. This individual is responsible for managing a variety of employee-facing tasks for the US, Canada, and the US Virgin Islands. This role requires ownership of tasks pertaining to the assigned areas of responsibility, be proactive in identifying and resolving issues that may impact payroll processes, as well as finding effective and efficient methods to address these challenges. Automation and payroll analysis will be a main focus for this role so a high comfort level with systems will be important. This role will be involved with a variety of activities and projects to support the Global Business Services (GBS) Payroll team. The Payroll Analyst reports to the Payroll Manager in the Louisville, KY office.
