Openlane is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our hybrid US IN Carmel team. You will execute end-to-end biweekly payroll processing and maintain wage garnishments, tax levies, and payroll data with precision.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of large-volume payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll tax rules, and excellent communication skills to support HR partners across locations. This role offers benefits and a path for growth.

You will be involved in executing accurate end-to-end payroll, processing payroll changes, and maintaining wage garnishments and tax levies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday, Microsoft Excel, and multi-state compliance auditing.
