The ideal candidate has experience supporting multiple global payrolls, ideally up to 8, in a centralized payroll environment. They should bring strong attention to detail, excellent follow‑through, a high degree of discretion, and a forward‑thinking, tech‑enabled mindset aligned with Keystone’s culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support accurate and timely payroll processing for U.S. and international employees
  • Coordinate payroll activity across multiple global payrolls, ideally up to 8, in a centralized payroll environment
  • Partner with external payroll providers and in‑country vendors to ensure payroll inputs, approvals, timelines, and outputs are accurate
  • Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, deductions, benefits, leaves of absence, and paid time off
  • Maintain payroll calendars and ensure all payroll deadlines are met across countries and pay cycles
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies involving pay, taxes, deductions, benefits, and paid time off
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions, providing accurate and timely support
  • Maintain data integrity across HRIS, payroll systems, and related employee records
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and aligned across systems
  • Support quarter‑end and year‑end payroll activities, including payroll validations and employee reporting
  • Assist with payroll tax, statutory, and compliance requirements in partnership with payroll providers
  • Document payroll processes, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation, better controls, and stronger data quality
  • Help build scalable, tech‑enabled payroll operations as Keystone continues to grow globally
