Job summary

Saber Healthcare seeks a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing, taxation, benefits, and data integrity for our communities. You will audit records, resolve payroll inquiries, and complete training as required by management.

The role requires 2+ years in payroll or accounting, strong Excel skills, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Full-time, onsite schedule with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have payroll experience or accounting background.
• Two or more years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for communities and ensure accuracy.

Position Summary:

The Payroll Analyst handles all payroll related functions for communities. This includes, but is not limited to, processing payroll, taxation, benefits, maintaining employee data, auditing employee data, handling all payroll questions, completing all payroll trainings, and completing any other tasks assigned by management and necessary for monitoring and overseeing Saber Healthcare payroll process.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred, but not required.

• Have two (2) or more years of payroll or accounting experience.

• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
