Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage all payroll-related functions across communities. You will process payroll, ensure tax compliance, manage benefits, and maintain accurate employee records.

You’ll respond to payroll inquiries and participate in trainings, contributing to reliable, compliant payroll operations. As part of a supportive team, you will ensure timely payroll processing, collaborate with HR and management, and help optimize payroll workflows across

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Accounting, Finance or HR degree preferred, but not required.
• Two (2) or more years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for communities and handle related taxations and benefits.
• Maintain and audit employee data and payroll records.
• Respond to payroll questions and complete required trainings.
• Assist management with monitoring Saber Healthcare payroll processes.
• Support facility-specific benefit plans and HR initiatives.

Position Summary

The Payroll Analyst handles all payroll related functions for communities. This includes, but is not limited to, processing payroll, taxation, benefits, maintaining employee data, auditing employee data, handling all payroll questions, completing all payroll trainings, and completing any other tasks assigned by management and necessary for monitoring and overseeing Saber Healthcare payroll process.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred, but not required.
• Have two (2) or more years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
