Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience with biweekly payroll cycles and employee queries.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll documentation.
• Attention to detail in deductions, bonuses, and premiums.
• Knowledge of tax and wage regulations and year-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Validate time and attendance records and maintain HRIS/payroll data.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR and respond to employee questions.
• Calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support year-end activities and look for process improvements in payroll.
