Job summary

Stout Management Company, Nevada's premier property management firm, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Las Vegas. You will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining payroll and personnel records across multiple properties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience processing payroll for a multi-location or high-volume workforce preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for more than 250 employees with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter payroll changes and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
  • Review, audit, and correct employee timecards.
  • Enter commissions and other supplemental earnings into the payroll system.
  • Upload, audit, edit, and submit payroll batches.
  • Prepare payroll reports and complete payroll reconciliations.
  • Create property payroll billing reports for the accounting team.
  • Scan, index, and maintain payroll records for electronic storage.
  • Maintain payroll forms, personnel records, and employee data within the HRIS.
  • Monitor wage garnishments and child support orders.
  • Process employment verification requests.
  • Reconcile insurance billing and payroll-related deductions.
  • Perform payroll audits for assigned properties.
  • Respond to payroll questions from employees and managers with professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Assist the Administrative Department with special projects and other duties as needed.
