Position Summary: The Payroll and T&E Administrator manages and oversees all aspects of payroll and travel/expense processing. Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Demonstrating strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of payroll and T&E systems, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two plus years of experience in payroll/T&E administration. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws (401k, T&E FSA/HSA).
Language Ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees. Working knowledge of/Fluency in the English language (spoken and written).
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and excellent proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Insperity, ADP, Paychex, Workday, etc.).
Certificates and Licenses: None required. Payroll certification (CPP) a plus.
