Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and vendor records.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll calendars, deductions, and timecard reviews.
• Prepare payroll tax deposits and assist with filings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, tribal, and institutional regulations.
• Maintain AP and payroll records in Jenzabar.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes.
• Support audits and respond to inquiries.
