Life Care Centers of America is seeking an Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable and Payroll) to manage vendor payments and associate payroll in a post-acute care setting. This full-time position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and Life Care standards.

You will split time across payroll processing (60%), accounts payable (30%), and HR record keeping (10%), using ADP and standard office software. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of administration practices and regulations in post-acute care.
• Ability to manage accounts payable and payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Read, write, speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Record A/P transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accurately reconcile A/P and payroll statements.
• Process facility payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and verify quarterly payroll reports timely.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
