Job summary

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is seeking a Payroll and Accounting Coordinator to manage payroll processing, accounts payable, and general accounting tasks. The role supports the Director of Finance and General Manager and collaborates with the Payroll Specialist and vendors.

Responsibilities include payroll, journal entries, tax/benefit invoicing, vendor management, and month-end close tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll, accounts payable, or related financial operations.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and email required.
• Ability to organize deadlines and investigate discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Post payroll journal entries and reconcile GL/STAT.
• Manage vendor invoices and AP workflows with third-party vendors.
• Prepare month-end accruals and payroll-related reports for DOF/GM.
• Support DOF/GM with P&L reviews and ad hoc accounting tasks.
