Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking an Overnight Audit professional for The Equinox Resort & Spa in Vermont. The role covers nightly cash handling, posting and balancing across outlets, and preparing revenue reports. You will greet guests at the Front Desk, handle inquiries, and uphold 100% guest satisfaction while balancing accounts.

This hourly position offers potential full-time hours, with a wage range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Prior experience in hospitality and Opera/Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Overnight audit shifts required (10pm–8am or 11pm–7am).
• Must be reliable and highly responsible.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role in hospitality.
• Ability to interpret complex information from various sources.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Opera and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier work for outlets.
• Reconcile credit card system with daily transaction lists.
• Prepare daily revenue reports auditing POS tapes and settlements.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Fill in daily updates and shift reports and distribute to applicable employees.
• Greet and check-in guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, hours, and facilities.
• Resolve guest challenges to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with guests and escort to rooms.
• Make reservations keeping in mind rates and promotions.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Communicate with Night Security and other departments.
• Know emergency procedures and assist when needed.
• Perform duties and projects as requested by management.
