Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including payroll and benefits accounting.
• Experience managing weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries including wages and taxes.
• Reconcile payroll clearing accounts and support month-end close.
