Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely biweekly payroll for approximately 320 employees.
• Review timesheets, payroll changes, deductions, overtime, PTO, and payroll exceptions.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts, taxes, benefits, and liabilities.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Support general accounting projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll and accounting processes.
