Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage enrollment and credentialing for physicians with payers and governmental plans. The role focuses on initiating enrollment, provider re-validation, roster maintenance and data integrity across multiple systems.

The position requires 3+ years in enrollment/credentialing and strong Excel skills, with collaboration across payers, physicians and credentialing partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider enrollment and/or payer credentialing.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor payor enrollment activities for VMG, including initial enrollment and re-credentialing.
• Initiate enrollment applications and provider re-validation.
• Maintain provider enrollment data integrity across systems and payer portals.
• Provide reporting to support Department Manager's oversight of enrollment, credentialing and payer operations.
• Coordinate with providers, payers, medical staff office and credentialing partners.
