Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota seeks an experienced QA Lead to define test strategies and build functional and regression test cases. You will ensure readiness for go-live with dashboards and production validation plans, while identifying risks and dependencies and driving timely solutions.

You will provide senior leadership with clear visibility into readiness, risks, and go-live decisions and support post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of related experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Credit Card Lifecycle experience.
• Familiarity with systems like ICS, Casper, ACAPS, RCA/PRCA, PCSP, KYC and Digital Wallets.
• Jira and PractiTest experience is a plus.
• Strong functional and end-to-end testing skills.
• Great organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable owning defects and driving them to resolution.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
