Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a QA leader to drive quality across the product lifecycle, ensuring the product meets functional, risk, and regulatory requirements. You will serve as the QA SME for the domain and coordinate cross-team test activities, strategies, and release readiness.

You will oversee UI and API test automation, report on quality metrics, and identify risks within the enterprise risk management framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in software development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience executing controls testing and QA functions.
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles in product risk.
• Hands-on quality testing, including software and usability testing.
• Experience with test case development and defect triage.
• Familiarity with UI and API testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for QA and testing across the product lifecycle.
• Serve as QA SME applying risk-based testing and impact analysis.
• Lead the development and approval of test strategies and release readiness.
• Oversee UI and API test automation to improve coverage and efficiency.
