Qualifications

• Experience investigating and resolving technical issues for internal or external customers.
• Ability to analyze logs and application data to identify root causes.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience querying and analyzing data (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud storage data.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Preferred: payments, fintech, or financial services background.
• Preferred: Azure ecosystem (Table/Blob Storage, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
• Preferred: .NET applications and reading C# code, Vue.js familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve support requests from customer service and operations.
• Trace transactions through the payment lifecycle and explain statuses and fees.
• Investigate errors, validate configurations, and reproduce issues for engineering.
• Perform client and merchant setup and configuration and verify integrations.
• Query and analyze data in Azure Storage to answer questions.
• Build ad-hoc reports and data extracts for internal customers.
• Troubleshoot across the platform's web, API, and backend components.
• Escalate defects with reproduction steps and follow through to resolution.
• Create knowledge base articles and runbooks for internal teams.
