You will oversee network releases, pricing strategies, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive Responsible Growth and protect both merchant and bank economics.

• Lead a ~35-person team of payments experts; provide strategic direction.
• Oversee payment network releases, mandates, and compliance.
• Manage costs, invoices, and vendor relationships for network economics.
• Represent merchants and business needs to regulators and networks.
• Strengthen risk and control framework across the function.
• Provide deep payments expertise across pricing, flows, and settlements.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
