U.S. Bank is offering a Payments Sales Internship designed to kickstart your career in a dynamic area of financial services. Based in Minneapolis or Chicago, you’ll support clients from SMBs to multinational corporations while gaining hands-on experience in payments, sales, and relationship management.

You will work in a 10-week, paid internship with mentorship, meaningful projects, and exposure to senior leaders. The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Coursework in business, finance, economics, marketing, communications, sales, data analytics, MIS or a related field, and applying that knowledge to financial services.

Responsabilités

• Support consultative sales activities, including market and prospect research and developing client recommendations.
• Analyze industry and client data to identify trends and opportunities; leverage AI to segment clients and personalize service.
• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and sales materials that communicate the value of payment solutions.
• Partner with sales and cross‑functional teams to move opportunities from discovery to implementation and ongoing support.
• Develop relationship building, communication, financial acumen, and payments knowledge through training and mentorship.
• Own meaningful projects and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build a peer community through cohort activities and development workshops.
