Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk, fraud, or payments operations.
• 2+ years querying large datasets with SQL.
• Experience with identity-provider data and fraud-detection tooling.
• Ability to measure financial impact and communicate findings to leadership.
• Knowledge of ACH processing and NACHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end risk controls for ACH payments and scale fraud prevention.
• Drive detection and mitigation of fraudulent deposit activity.
• Lead quantitative analysis of fraud performance and report to leadership.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Data Science, Risk ML, and Engineering to evolve risk controls.
• Investigate anomalous customer and transaction behavior and close gaps.
