You will analyze fraud performance, measure financial impact of decisions, and communicate recommendations to leadership, while leveraging AI responsibly to enhance workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in risk, fraud, or payments operations.
• 2+ years querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL.
• Experience using identity-provider data and fraud-detection tooling.
• Proven ability to measure financial impact of fraud decisions and communicate to leadership.
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing and NACHA rules.
• Utilizes AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end risk controls for ACH payments, scaling fraud prevention processes.
• Drive detection and mitigation of fraudulent deposit activity with targeting logic.
• Lead quantitative analysis of fraud performance and present data-backed recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Data Science, Risk ML, and Engineering to evolve risk strategies.
• Investigate anomalous behavior and close monitoring gaps to prevent losses.
