Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Product Manager - Payments to lead the roadmap for TrustCommerce products and drive commercial success. You will work with engineering, sales, operations, compliance and clients to ensure value delivery and strategic alignment.

You will own the product lifecycle, define KPIs, manage the backlog, and collaborate across teams to optimize launches while maintaining policy, security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and the payments industry preferred.
• Experience with healthcare payment workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through market launch and optimization.
• Develop deep understanding of healthcare payment workflows and customer pain points.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to align with product strategy.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, utilization, and release success.
• Prepare business cases, requirements, and release plans for products or services.
• Support product sales, marketing, revenue tracking and forecasting.
• Act as SME and represent products within the organization and at industry events.
• Create and maintain requirements, prototypes, backlog, and definitions for new offerings.
• Develop product documentation and communications based on release planning.
