Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, based in the United States, seeks a Product Manager to lead the execution of a payments-focused product roadmap within a regulatory-friendly environment. Qualifications

• Experience with Payments and merchant fees.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of payments, merchant services, or fintech platforms.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance, fraud, risk, or chargeback workflows.
• Experience with payment channels such as eCommerce, POS, IVR, or electronic check processing.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.
• Is familiar with and can use customer frameworks (e.g. Jobs To Be Done, personas).
• Autonomously analyzes situations and data.
• Executes on go to market launch plans as required.
• Contributes to building collateral and marketing materials and provides input and expertise.
• Directly addresses customer complaints.
• Leads the execution of a product roadmap for assigned area(s).
• Leverages tools to coordinate activities and ensure quality based on the development methodology in place.
• Participates and contributes to process improvement activities.
• Meaningfully contributes to development and execution of the product strategy.

About the Team

The Product Management team is responsible for building secure, compliant, and scalable payment solutions that support government agencies and customers. We operate at the intersection of technology, compliance, and customer experience, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, risk, sales, and support teams. Our mission is to deliver reliable, data-driven payment capabilities that meet complex regulatory requirements while improving outcomes for agencies and constituents.

About the Role

This product management role leads the execution of a product roadmap while balancing iterative delivery with regulatory rigor. You will work with customers, developers, and key stakeholders, use data to inform decisions, contribute to product strategy and go-to-market activities, and present product progress and demos at program milestones.

Requirements

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
