Job summary

chargecloud GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Payments to shape and expand the payments product area, integrating charging infrastructure, partners, and services into scalable solutions. You will lead PSP and payment terminal integrations, ensuring customers can access the right payment methods for their markets.

You will manage the payments product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritise the backlog with Engineering, QA and UI/UX, and monitor market, regulatory, and

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in product management or as a product owner in the SaaS sector, with payments/FinTech knowledge.
• Experience in the integration of payment terminals is an advantage.
• Strong ability to structure complex business, technical and regulatory requirements and translate them into product decisions.
• Experience in backlog management and discovery, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape development of the payments product area from discovery through delivery and performance measurement.
• Manage, structure and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with Engineering, QA and UI/UX.
• Carry out discovery activities and stakeholder management, balancing customer and market requirements, strategy and implementation.
• Monitor market, compliance, security and regulatory developments and derive relevant product requirements.
• Define and analyse metrics to evaluate success, payment quality and adoption of our developments.
