Wonderschool in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill office is looking for a Product Manager for Fintech & Payments to own tuition payments and provider-facing financial tools. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features weekly and measure impact on adoption, revenue, and profitability.

The role requires strong product judgment, a track record delivering fintech solutions, and comfort with data modeling (SQL).

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, or a high-bar finance role.
• Proven track record delivering 0→1 products with measurable financial results.
• Strong analytical thinking; able to model impact and make data-driven decisions (SQL a plus).
• Extreme ownership and urgency; ships fast and iterates on product experiences.
• Bias toward outcomes; comfortable setting and hitting ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of tuition payments and provider-facing financial tools.
• Grow payments volume, adoption, and net revenue while improving unit economics.
• Improve provider NPS and reduce friction across the billing experience.
• Drive profitability and improve unit economics through pricing strategy and product decisions.
• Collaborate end-to-end with engineering, design, and data teams to ship weekly features.
• Talk to providers weekly and translate insights into product decisions.
