Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product control or related finance role in financial services.
• Strong governance mindset with ability to identify and resolve control issues.
• Excellent P&L and balance sheet analysis and commentary.
• Clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate month-end close as part of Kinexys Product Control.
• Prepare P&L and balance sheet analyses with clear drivers.
• Investigate variances, perform root-cause analysis and remediation tracking.
• Maintain strong control environment meeting policy standards and P&L basics.
• Conduct product control reconciliations with documentation.
• Coordinate with Kinexys business, Payments F&BM, Technology, and Finance.
• Support new business initiatives with impact assessments and requirements.
• Assist forecasting and share variances explanations and assumptions.
• Support audits, risk reviews, and regulatory changes in Product Control.
