JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Finance & Business Management Associate within the Payments Product Control team in New York. You will support profit & loss reporting, month-end close, and controls, collaborating with finance and product teams to ensure accurate financial processes.

You will engage with desk heads and senior finance management, contributing to robust controls and the implementation of new business initiatives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
• Experience doing profit & loss and month-end close process.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area.
• Solid understanding of financial products.
• Foundational analytical skills and attention to detail including an advanced control focus.
• Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop dynamic working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily profit & loss reporting and month-end close processes
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
• Partner with the business to bring forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives
• Coordinate across various front and back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
• Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis
