Job summary

JPMorganChase's Firmwide Financial Control team seeks a detail-oriented associate to advance financial integrity and automation on a global stage. You will partner with line of business controllers, product control, and external reporting teams to ensure accurate results and drive improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting or financial controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Alteryx; ability to analyze data efficiently.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with controllers, product control, and external reporting teams on financial integrity initiatives.
• Support cross-regional deliverables and priorities with Firmwide Financial Control teams globally.
• Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close related to balance sheet and income statement.
• Conduct balance sheet, revenue, and expense analyses to ensure accuracy of results.
• Perform NII yield analyses to ensure data integrity of reported results.
• Lead monthly yield reviews with business partners and control teams.
• Support ad-hoc requests for financial information across the Firm.
• Leverage ML techniques to refine processes, strengthen controls, and automate where possible.
• Engage in projects driving operational improvement and data quality enhancements.
