Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Cash Posting Specialist to join our finance team. Under minimal supervision, you post cash receipts and rejections from all payors in the Hospital Information System, balance daily, and reconcile with the Finance Department.

You will process payments, read EOBs, post to patient accounts, run reports in Excel, and coordinate with Patient Financial Services and vendors to resolve posting issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with payment posting or banking.
• Experience reading Explanation of Benefits statements preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and rejections from all payors in the Hospital Information System.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts daily.
• Process credit card payments and deposits.
