Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience delivering mission-critical, high-volume financial platforms, including payments and transaction processing.
• Strong background in cloud-native design and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organization responsible for payments digital channels, setting strategy, priorities, and a multi-year delivery roadmap
• Drive platform modernization using cloud-native architecture, micro-frontend patterns, microservices, event-driven design, and well-governed APIs
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for payments digital channels and approval workflows, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business outcomes into technology roadmaps, investment plans, and milestones
• Build and develop senior engineering leaders and teams, fostering inclusion, accountability, and talent growth
• Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, data governance, and risk management standards
• Influence enterprise architecture and shared capability decisions for scalable global growth
• Lead agentic AI-enabled engineering programs with governance, measurement, and secure handling of inputs/outputs
