You will architect and build APIs and services using Ruby and Java, own payout methods, and drive scalable, secure systems across teams. Salary ranges from $156,800 to $235,200 per year, with potential equity or bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience building software solutions in Python, Ruby, Java and Typescript.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and translating business needs into software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain robust APIs, services, and systems across engineering teams using Ruby and Java.
• Act as a domain expert of payments and payout methods for US/UK markets.
• Develop full lifecycle software, from coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design software systems using data-driven models to predict outcomes.
• Lead technical projects and contribute code across the stack.
• Engineer payments integration with banking partners to enable new markets and methods.
• Participate in on-call rota to manage production incidents.
