Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for the Payments Intelligence team within the Emerging Payments line of business. Lead products responsible for spend data, focusing on organization, enhancement and management with high resilience, performance, and data quality.

You will drive a strategic roadmap, collaborate across teams to define data-driven strategies, and monitor metrics to deliver solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SE, IS or related)
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytical skills to manage and develop data products while executing a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate across teams to define data-driven strategies, prioritize features, and deliver solutions on time.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, driving continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
