Job summary

Curve Dental is seeking a Payments Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone for Curve Pay and FlexPayments, ensuring dashboards, visibility, and disciplined execution across the customer lifecycle. You will own reporting cadence, monitor health metrics, and drive improvements through collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business operations, revenue operations, strategy & operations, or program management; ideally in payments/fintech/vertical SaaS.
• Ability to build reporting and dashboard infrastructure from scratch and turn data into action.
• Proven track record delivering initiatives across teams you don't manage.
• Strong organizational instincts and comfort with ambiguity; you build structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, credible with executives and frontline teams.
• Experience launching a new product or offering from planning through go-to-market.
• Resourceful with tools and platforms; adapts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the payments business; build and maintain dashboards and reporting.
• Monitor account health and provide leadership with findings and recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional execution across sales, account management, marketing, product and support.
• Design and continuously improve processes, tools, and systems for the payments business.
• Partner with Head of Payments on strategy; translate priorities into execution plans.
• Prepare business reviews, performance reporting, and leadership communications.
• Identify opportunities for improvement independently.
