Job summary
Payabli is building the next generation payments infrastructure for vertical software companies. The CX Operations Manager will own dashboards, health scoring, QA tooling, and automation to empower CX teams and leadership with trusted insights.
You will work with Engineering, Product, and Operations to scale the CX tech stack, optimize workflows, and deliver executive-ready reporting. You will design and maintain data pipelines, surface automation opportunities, and drive cross-functional
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in CX operations or analytics
- Proven dashboard, reporting, and tooling skills
- Strong analytical skills and data architecture
- Experience migrating CX tools (Intercom preferred)
- System administrator of CX platforms
- BI tools proficiency (Looker/Tableau/Metabase)
Responsibilities
- Design and configure CX systems that align with KPIs
- Lead CX SaaS evaluations, tool maintenance and rollout
- Measure AI tool performance in CX
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations
- Build automated dashboards for CX leadership
- Develop partner health scoring and predictive analytics
- Maintain CX workflows and process docs
- Surface automation opportunities via data analysis
